I see tons of people mentioning how they always get a completely different pair of Joy-cons back as a "replacement" instead of their original pair, but when I sent my two Joy-cons in for repair, they actually DID properly repair them, as the Joy-cons On 8/27 I received an email that they had a backlog and that they had repaired my joy con and that I would receive an email soon regarding shipping. They'll just do what they're paid to do and they really don't care about mods and such unless Nintendo wants them to look out for those and pay them for the extra work involved in finding mods and communicating with Nintendo about the users who Oh that is great to hear!
